Comprised by 6 acid tanks
Acid tanks are made with welding carbon steel, the tank wall is lined with 6mm acid-resistant rubbers, then covered with 2 layers of granite stones. And there are acid inlet port, liquid returning port and waste discharging port set inside the tank. Guiding granite is also set inside the tank for threading. There is PPH glass steel cover sealed with tank walls on the top of the tanks sealed with water . On the cover there are acid fog discharge pipes set at some places.

Squeezing rollers driven by variation frequency are set at the inlet and outlet ports of the acid pickling tanks.
Each acid pickling tank will correspond to one acid circling tank. Each tank has liquid level detection, display, warning and interlocking device set. The acid liquid is supplied by anti-acid pump in a circle. Filters are set before the pump, heat exchangers are set after the pump (vapor is used for heating). The circling pipelines adopt enforced polypropylene pipes.
